Shipping Policy

All parcels will be sent via Auspost eParcel Standard service with signature delivery.

You should receive notification via email and via Australia Post about your pending delivery. If you are not at your location to receive, your parcel may be taken to your local post office for collection. We recommend you download the Australia Post app on your phone to help a smooth delivery. Please install via Google or Apple.

In most situations, your order should be dispatched within 1-2 working days from your paid order.

Transit time will depend on your location but please allow between 2 - 7 business for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

HZSA has a no return policy. Products should not be sent back to the warehouse.

Please contact admin@hzsa.com.au if there are any issues with your order.

Please check size charts carefully to ensure you choose the appropriate size.

Note - the baseball cap is one size for adults so is probably best suited to our secondary students.
